  • Alive & In Color Trusted Messenger & Ambassador Community (currently in beta testing), a peer network for registered members to connect, learn, collaborate and innovate the health equity space, to close the gap in socially vulnerable communities of color.
Alive & In Color was founded in the fall of 2020, as a COVID-19 community outreach initiative by Fulton County Government, The Fulton County Board of Health, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, and The BLK+Cross. We are now an international community of 700+ Trusted Messengers, including Health Professionals, Health Equity Advocates, Community Health Workers, Peer Ambassadors and more – all working to advance health and well-being in socially vulnerable communities of color.
We are committed to empowering members of our community with the information, tools, and training they need to drive healthy and just change. Our approach to health literacy communications and social advocacy is rooted in community-based, participatory storytelling backed by neuroscience and steeped in culture.
